Frequently asked questions
Will it work on iPhone and Android?
Most Android cameras and QR apps offer “Add to calendar”. On some iPhones the camera shows the event text instead — test with your guests' phones before printing.
Do these QR codes expire?
No. They are static QR codes: your information is stored inside the pattern itself, not behind a redirect link we control. They keep working forever, even if ILoveTemplate disappeared.
Is it really free with no sign-up?
Yes. No account, no trial, no watermark and no scan limits. Download PNG, SVG or a print-ready PDF as often as you like.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload a logo and it is placed in the center. We automatically switch to the highest error-correction level so the code still scans. Test with your phone camera before printing.
What size should I print a QR code?
At least 2 × 2 cm (0.8 in) for close scanning. A good rule is scan distance ÷ 10 — a code read from 1 m (3 ft) away should be about 10 cm (4 in). Choose a ready print size (2×2", 3×3", 4×6", 5×7", Letter, A4) or type any custom size in inches or cm. Use SVG or PDF for large signs so it stays sharp.
Can I download a transparent QR code?
Yes. Turn on “Transparent background” and the PNG and SVG downloads have no white box, so you can place the code over photos, colored flyers or menus. Choose PNG from 500px up to 4000px, or any custom pixel size.
Can I print QR code stickers?
Yes. Choose a sticker sheet (30 per sheet 1 × 2⅝", 2" round, 2 × 4" or 2⅓ × 3⅜" badge sizes) and download a PDF that lines up with common Avery®-size label sheets. Print at 100% / Actual size.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. QR codes are generated in your browser. Wi-Fi passwords and contact details never leave your device.
